I have a couple of other services that I provide that are really only applicable to agents in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts... Although, there are a few other cities in other states that would be a fairly reasonable driving distance... It doesn't hurt to ask me!

Hostess for Open Houses

Fee: Priced Per Location; Est. $150     Do you love to offer Open Houses as a service to your sellers but hate hosting them? I can do that for you... While I am not a licensed real estate professional, I am able to give potential buyers a tour of the home and take a list of contact info and questions to pass on to the listing agent. (Note: In general, the $150 fee covers a 3-hour length of time and the price goes up from there based on the location of the property.)

Showing Homes to Buyers & Vacation Coverage

Fee: $35/Hour     Are you sick today and don't want to reschedule your showings? Leaving on vacation and need a hand? I can show homes to your buyers and check your voicemail, etc. while you're away. There are lots of small-ticket items I can handle and it is comforting for people to know that someone is holding down the fort in your absence. With all the technology at our disposal, you could still handle the nitty-gritty stuff � like writing an offer on a house I showed for you! It would be nice to be more caught up when you return, don't you agree?

E-Marketing to Local Boards of Realtors

Fee: $15/Board of Realtors Database     Over the years that I have been providing marketing materials and services to real estate professionals, I have cultivated several databases of complete Boards of Realtors for both NH and MA. I can "blast out" either the marketing flyer I create for you — or one that you provide to me — to any of these databases. In fact, the create-a-flyer fee includes having the flyer blast out to 1 Board of your choice! (See the "Flyers, Etc." tab.) At your option, the flyer can go out to additional Boards of your choice. (This is recommended especially if the listing property is located on the border of 2 Boards of Realtors.) If you provide the flyer to me, I will email it to 1 Board of your choice for $15. Sending to additional Boards is $10 per "large" Board and $5 per "small" Board.
