There Is the Small Matter of Payment...


I would like to note that there are other real estate marketing services that I am happy to provide — not everything is listed on this site, although I did try to provide a rough idea of several of the projects I create and/or manage. I am always more than happy to work around your specific needs, so please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss a particular task or project.



Payment is expected before services are rendered. The bulk of my clients pay me on a retainer; that is, they assess both their monthly marketing needs and budget and come up with a dollar figure, which is paid to me in one lump sum in advance. For your records, I can email a "Retainer Invoice." Each project draws against the credit balance and is clearly itemized via email invoice.



Each invoice contains a line item that is a Misc. Communication Fee of 5% of the total invoice, which provides a small return for any and all types of communication between you and I and/or your client(s) and myself. (Some of my clients ask that I reach out to their seller client(s) and introduce myself as their Marketing Assistant, etc. and inform them of all the great marketing we are doing for them.)
