transaction coordinate from home, also as a virtual assistant. You and I would work together as a "team," in that I'm here to assist you, but I am not licensed and do not do any negotiating.

From time to time, circumstances change and I have availability to take on an additional Realtor client (or clients, depending on the size "shoes" I'm looking to fill). If you feel that your business would benefit from allowing someone to assist you on the paperwork end of things, please give me a call or send an email to discuss transaction coordination as an option. Here is a bulleted list of what I do from the inception of a fully executed P&S:



  • Review and/or prepare all documents for completeness and/or compliance with your office

  • Communicate with client and co-broke (to include sending an email of introduction to all parties)

  • Track all contingency dates

  • Monitor financing and communicate with lender

  • Type addenda & Commission Statement

  • Communicate with title company / closing attorney

  • Prorate fuel, obtain utility list and paid receipt(s)

  • Prepare company required forms for commission approval such as: SkySlope (Bean Group), Green Sheet (KW), Pending Submittal (BHHS Verani), Folder Cover (C21), Commission Payment Form (Masiello)

  • Any other task which may be required to bring file to a successful close (and can be completed virtually and by someone who is unlicensed)


Pricing structure and references are available upon request. Must turn over all pending files; this is not a la carte service. Contract required.
